For this scarf I was inspired by Tamara, on her blog she posted a scarf that was arm knitted. I loved it so much that I decided to make one for myself. I never heard about this technique before so I asked Tamara some questions, went yarn shopping and watched some videos before I began. I made this arm knitted scarf with North Yarn by Katia in a nice rusty orange color.Excuse the crappy picture, I am in desperate need of a tripod and a remote for my camera. This scarf is very easy to make yourself. It is similar to normal knitting, but you use your arms as your needles. I think it is even easier than ordinary knitting because you can coordinate your hands and arms way better than knitting needles (that is why I suck at knitting, needles going everywhere).
If you are looking for a warm and cozy chunky scarf, do not look no further. This is what you are looking for!

Currently I have a couple of projects that I am working on: a simple ripple scarf for the boyfriend, the neon crochet cowl for a friend and a herringbone cowl for myself. And as we speak I am ordering yarn for a scarfs just like this for Mandy & Nicky . What are you WIP’s?
